What is Misstevia's return policy?
If you want to return the order, please write us a mail to stevia.teatech@gmail.com, but please make a video while opening the package to produce as proof. Send your video in an email at stevia.teatech@gmail.com

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
MISSTEVIA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy: •
1. Once the order is delivered, if the customer has any query related to return or product damage, customer needs to raise the complaint within 24 hours
2. The customer has to bear the freight charges for delivered orders if you want to return it.
3. When the customer fails to raise the complaint about return or product damage within 24 hours then we consider it as the product exceeds your expectations and will not accept any return or refund..
4. We will initiate the refund within 4-5 days of confirmation.

When and how can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the "shipping booked" state. You can do so by sending us an email with the order number.
